What are my options?
Shipping to UK:
All orders take 2-3 working days to be dispatched. Shipping Charges for UK starts from £7.00. Orders are dispatched using DPD NEXT DAY delivery services. However, we recommend you to allow up to 48 hours to receive your orders. Signature will be required on receipt when receiving the order. Shipping is charged per box. Additional boxes will incur extra charges and you will be notified via email.
International & EU countries Shipping
We ship internationally with DHL & DPD. After an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the customer notifying them of this, and providing a tracking number. We will refund vat once the shipment is weighed.
If preferred, customers can also arrange for their own couriers to collect the order from our Manchester branch, and not pay any shipping charges with us.
Here is a guide to our shipping costs. Please note that shipments sent with DHL are billed at the total weight. At checkout you will be charged for a box of up to 10kg weight. Once packed any boxes over the 10kg weight will be billed the additional weight and you will be contacted to pay these additional costs. Prices below include fuel surcharges, Brexit charges and ‘emergency situation’ (covid-19) charges. They do not include any remote area surcharges. Any delivery post codes classified as remote areas will incur additional charges at a minimum of £19.99. All delivery charges are per box, DPD includes 30kg, DHL 10KG. Any additional weight will incur additional charges and you will be notified via email.
